Helping Change Happen

An empathic, non-judgemental and confidential space in which to explore, heal and grow and make the changes best suited to you.

Hello, I am Jane, an experienced accredited counsellor and coach working with individual adults and couples on a short term or long term basis who are going through life changes

- relationship / divorce / career / fertility / retirement / health / menopause / loss

A confidential space to explore, heal and grow . . .

Change happens at all stages of life, some are chosen and some are unexpected. They may be related to your relationships, health, career, or any part of your life. The feelings that may be experienced, are overwhelm, stress, anxiety, depression or a sense of feeling stuck. Are you looking for a way to move forward? I offer a safe confidential space to explore where you are now, and what change you would like to make, and provide the opportunity to heal and grow.

We can work together in-person from my practice in Lymington, or online for greater flexibility. I have worked with individuals who have been experiencing anxiety, depression, self esteem and confidence issues, trauma, stress, grief and loss.
